Best IVF Hospitals and Centres in Bangkok: 2026 Comparison

By ThailandClinics · Published October 14, 2026

The best IVF hospitals and centres in Bangkok in 2026 are Genesis Fertility Center, Jetanin Hospital, Bangkok Hospital Fertility Center, MedPark Hospital and Bumrungrad International Hospital. ThailandClinics compared all five on what you can check before you fly: published package prices, genetic testing (PGT), the embryology lab, named doctors and patient reviews. Use it to shortlist two or three and send each one the same questions.

Updated 14 October 2026. Prices are the figures each provider publishes. Confirm the current price and what's included in writing before you book.

The order is ThailandClinics' editorial assessment. It is not a ranking of success rates: no Bangkok IVF provider publishes audited, age-adjusted live-birth rates that could be compared fairly. We compared the five on factors you can check yourself:

  • What you get for the price. We looked at whether the provider publishes a package price, and what the package leaves out.
  • Genetic testing. We checked which types of PGT are offered and whether testing happens in-house.
  • The lab. We looked at named embryology technology, plus named certifications for the embryologists or the lab.
  • The doctors. We looked for named fertility specialists you can look up with the Medical Council of Thailand.
  • Patient feedback. We checked Google rating and review volume across our Bangkok fertility clinic directory.

The 5 providers, compared

2. Jetanin Hospital: best for a fertility-only hospital with a long track record

Specialist fertility hospital · Chidlom, Pathum Wan · around 30 years in fertility care

Jetanin Hospital has done fertility and nothing else for around 30 years, which makes it one of the longest-running IVF providers in Bangkok. It offers IVF and ICSI, IMSI sperm selection, surgical sperm retrieval (PESA/TESE), blastocyst culture, EmbryoScope time-lapse incubation and PGT-A by NGS. It's a hospital, but a fertility-only one, so you're not sharing a waiting room with the rest of the city.

At Jetanin, international patients name Dr. Pinyo for clear explanations and quick WhatsApp replies, and coordinator Jane for daily follow-up in English, Hindi and Arabic.

Worth knowing: Jetanin's Google rating (4.1★) is the lowest on this list. Several reviewers waited close to an hour past their appointment time. A few say their package turned out not to include something they assumed it did, such as EmbryoScope. It doesn't publish package prices, so get an itemised written quote.

Best for: patients who want a hospital that does fertility and nothing else.

3. Bangkok Hospital Fertility Center: best for an all-in fly-in package

Fertility unit inside Bangkok Hospital · Building D, 5th floor · Huai Khwang · 4.7★ hospital-wide

The Bangkok Hospital Fertility Center publishes the clearest fly-in packages of the hospital-based options. ฿335,000 covers stimulation, egg retrieval and embryo transfer. ฿456,000 adds PGT-A and freezing for two embryos, and is aimed at women over 35 or after miscarriage. PGT-A on its own is ฿96,000. The packages are for fly-in patients and are listed as valid until 31 December 2026. The centre has reproductive specialists, its own embryology lab, male-factor testing and the full hospital behind it.

Worth knowing: you're paying hospital prices. If you don't need hospital-level backup, a dedicated centre's base package costs less. Medical clearance before treatment isn't included, so check the exclusions in writing.

Best for: international patients who want one fixed price that covers PGT.

4. MedPark IVF Fertility and Genetics Center: best for hospital backup at a lower package price

Fertility unit inside MedPark Hospital · Khlong Toei (Rama IV)

MedPark's IVF unit offers PGT-A, PGT-M and PGT-SR, and it treats recurrent miscarriage. The lab uses EmbryoScope Plus time-lapse incubators and iDAScore AI embryo assessment, and its embryologists are ESHRE-certified. MedPark Hospital holds JCI accreditation to 2029.

MedPark's IVF/ICSI package (฿280,000) is the lowest published price among the hospital-based centres here. It covers specialist fees, monitoring, stimulation drugs up to 3,000 IU, egg retrieval, ICSI, one transfer and two weeks of luteal support.

Worth knowing: the ฿280,000 package is for Thai nationals and expat residents only. If you're flying in, ask for a quote. It excludes PGT, embryo freezing and the EmbryoScope fee, and the page shows no expiry date. MedPark isn't in our directory yet, so we can't show review data for its fertility unit.

Best for: expats living in Bangkok, and patients with a history of miscarriage who want a hospital setting.

5. Bumrungrad International Hospital: best for patients with other medical conditions

Fertility service inside Bumrungrad · Watthana (Sukhumvit Soi 3)

Bumrungrad is Bangkok's best-known international hospital. Its Fertility and IVF Center lists IVF, ICSI, IUI, PGT, EmbryoScope and MACS sperm selection, with 11 doctors, and it sits inside a JCI-accredited hospital with nearly every specialty. That's the main reason to choose it: if you have diabetes, a thyroid condition, a heart condition or anything else that needs managing alongside IVF, Bumrungrad keeps those specialists close.

Worth knowing: Bumrungrad doesn't publish an IVF package price, so you can't compare costs before you ask. Expect hospital pricing, and get an itemised quote in writing.

Best for: patients whose other health needs matter as much as the IVF itself.

Hospital or dedicated fertility centre?

A dedicated fertility centre (GFC, Jetanin, VFC) does nothing but reproductive medicine. Lab volume is concentrated on IVF, prices tend to be lower, and you'll usually deal with a smaller team who knows your case.

A hospital-based centre (Bangkok Hospital, MedPark, Bumrungrad) puts every other specialty one floor away. A hospital-based centre is the safer choice if you have a significant medical condition, a high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation, or you want the reassurance of an ICU on site. You'll pay more for it.

Many healthy patients go through IVF at a dedicated clinic without needing hospital backup. If you're unsure, ask your home doctor whether your history calls for it.

Questions to send every provider

  1. Who will be my treating doctor, and who does the egg retrieval and transfer?
  2. Is your embryology and genetics lab in-house? If not, where are embryos tested?
  3. Which types of PGT do you offer, and how long do results take?
  4. What does the package exclude, and what are the usual extra costs?
  5. What are your live-birth rates per transfer for my age group, and how are they measured?
  6. What happens to the price if my cycle is cancelled or I need a second retrieval?

FAQ

What is the best fertility hospital in Bangkok for IVF?

There's no single best. It depends on your case. Jetanin is the longest-running fertility-only hospital, MedPark offers the full range of PGT inside a hospital, and Bangkok Hospital publishes the clearest all-in package. Genesis Fertility Center publishes the most transparent pricing of the dedicated centres. Shortlist two or three and compare written quotes.

How much does IVF cost in Bangkok in 2026?

Published packages run from about ฿150,000 to ฿456,000 a cycle. Genesis Fertility Center starts at ฿150,000. MedPark lists ฿280,000 for residents. Prime lists ฿299,000. Bangkok Hospital lists ฿335,000, or ฿456,000 with PGT and freezing. Medication, genetic testing and storage are the usual extras.

Which Bangkok fertility providers are JCI accredited?

MedPark and Bumrungrad are JCI-accredited hospitals. Prime Fertility Center holds JCI Ambulatory Care accreditation as a stand-alone clinic. Bangkok Hospital has held JCI accreditation, but the certificate period shown on its site ended in February 2026, so ask for the current one. Accreditation can cover a whole hospital or a single service, so ask what the certificate actually covers.

Do I need PGT?

Not always. Doctors usually suggest PGT-A if you're older (typically 37+), have had repeated miscarriages or failed transfers, or if one partner carries a known genetic condition (PGT-M or PGT-SR). It adds cost and doesn't suit every case, so ask your doctor whether it helps in yours.

Is a dedicated fertility clinic or a hospital better for IVF?

For most healthy patients, a dedicated clinic is as safe and usually cheaper. Choose a hospital-based centre if you have a significant medical condition or a higher risk of complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
