Is it free?

Yes. The shortlist is free for patients, and you're under no obligation to book anything.

Is this medical advice?

No. We're not doctors. We help you find clinics worth talking to, then you and the clinic's doctor decide on treatment.

Will you share my details with clinics?

No. We send the shortlist to you, and you decide who to contact. We don't pass your details to any clinic without your permission.

Should I send my medical records?

Not to us. A short description is enough for a shortlist. Send records to the clinic you choose, once you've spoken to them.
