TC VerifiedThe sound-bath and sound-therapy sessions with Jérôme are the standout — reviewers who've done sound therapy worldwide single these out for how calming and well-explained they are.
Facilities are brand new and clean: infrared sauna, ice baths, red-light therapy and a lakeside setting in Cherngtalay that several call ideal for recovering from injury.
It's run with genuine care by Jerome and team, with yoga and a peaceful natural setting that reviewers say they leave far more relaxed than they arrived.

"Celebrated international yoga day at Life Balance Phuket and had such a good time! The location is really calm and relaxing since it’s right next to a lake and staff was so helpful and caring. They made sure that we were hydrated and comfortable during our session and served delicious roselle tea"
