TC VerifiedDr. Tray and Bu stand out across reviews for treating office syndrome, herniated discs, knee pain, and post-surgery rehab (hip replacement, Achilles tendon rupture, ankle injuries). Multiple patients report significant relief after just 2-4 sessions, with one recovering from a femur fracture and hip replacement strong enough to rebuild leg strength, and another moving from barely being able to walk with an ankle injury to full normal function after 13 visits.
The clinic uses a mix of shockwave therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual massage in 90-minute sessions priced at 800-1000 baht—substantially cheaper than tourist-focused competitors. Patients consistently mention the variety of equipment and machines available, with several noting they felt the treatment value matched or exceeded clinics charging double the price.
The therapists explain every step of treatment in clear language before starting, and check in on pain levels throughout the session. This approach works especially well for first-timers nervous about shockwave or unfamiliar therapies—multiple reviews mention feeling comfortable and relaxed despite initial worry, and several non-native English speakers note the explanations were easy to understand.
Worth knowing
Parking is tight since the clinic sits in a small soi with limited street space. Multiple reviewers mention having to park on the road near We Cafe or at nearby BKK Phuket Hospital, which adds hassle if those spots fill up—not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you're driving during peak hours.

"Highly Recommended Physiotherapy Clinic in Phuket! I had a great experience at Great Physiotherapy Clinic Phuket. The booking and communication were excellent and very smooth. The therapists are friendly, polite, and professional. They clearly explained what they would do during the treatment, which really helped me. It was my first time trying shockwave therapy and PMS, so I felt a bit nervous at the beginning. However, the therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. I’ve been to another physiotherapy clinic in Phuket before, but this one is much better in terms of service and the price is more reasonable too. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physiotherapy in Phuket. The only small issue is parking, as it’s located in a small soi. I parked on the road near We Cafe without any problem, but if that area is full, you may need to park at BKK Phuket Hospital nearby."
"This place is amazing. After breaking the top of me Femur this summer requiring a hip replacement I’ve had a lot of pain. Their knowledge and professionalism is amazing. After only a few treatments most of the pain is gone and I’m back to rebuilding my leg strength."
"Best Physio in Phuket and honestly one of the best specialists I came across in my life. Very smart and detail oriented doctors. Nice atmosphere and people working here are with proper knowledge in what they practice."
