The best cosmetic surgery hospitals in Bangkok in 2026 are Bangkok Hospital, Yanhee International Hospital, Bumrungrad International Hospital and Kamol Cosmetic Hospital. ThailandClinics compared them on what you can check before you fly: published package prices, what the packages exclude, accreditation, named surgeons and how many nights you stay. Use it to shortlist two and ask each the same questions.
Updated 14 October 2026. Prices are the figures each hospital publishes. Confirm the current price and what's included in writing before you book.

The order is ThailandClinics' editorial assessment. It is not a ranking of surgical outcomes: no Bangkok hospital publishes complication or revision rates that could be compared fairly. We compared the four on factors you can check yourself:
- Published prices. We looked at whether the hospital publishes package prices, and for which procedures.
- Exclusions. We checked whether the package says what isn't covered, such as implants, tests or complications.
- Accreditation. We read the dates on each hospital's accreditation, not just the logo.
- Surgeons. We looked for named plastic surgeons you can check with the Medical Council of Thailand.
- Hospital stay. We noted the published number of nights for each procedure.
The 4 hospitals, compared
1. Bangkok Hospital: best for knowing exactly what you're paying for
Plastic surgery at Bangkok Hospital headquarters · Huai Khwang · packages valid to 31 December 2026
Bangkok Hospital publishes fly-in packages for the most common procedures, and each one states what's included and what isn't. Rhinoplasty under local anaesthetic is ฿46,000 as an outpatient. Reduction rhinoplasty is ฿207,000, or ฿265,000 with septum work, with one night in hospital. Breast augmentation is ฿190,000 (gel or saline) or ฿202,000 (endoscopic), with one night. Upper or lower eyelid surgery is ฿60,000, or ฿98,000 for both, as an outpatient.
Each Bangkok Hospital package covers the operating room, the surgeon and anaesthetist, a standard room, and the medication and supplies for the operation.
Worth knowing: Bangkok Hospital packages exclude the implants themselves, lab tests, pathology, other specialist consultations and treatment of complications. A breast augmentation quote can rise significantly once implants are added, so ask for the implant price in writing. The prices are for fly-in patients and can change without notice. The JCI period shown on Bangkok Hospital's site ended in February 2026, so ask for the current certificate.
Best for: patients who want to see the inclusions and exclusions before they book.
2. Yanhee International Hospital: best for the lowest published prices
Dedicated cosmetic surgery hospital · Bang Phlat (Charansanitwong Soi 90)
Yanhee is one of Bangkok's best-known cosmetic surgery hospitals, and it publishes the lowest from-prices of the four. Nose implants start at ฿30,000 (standard), ฿40,000 (USA implant) or ฿50,000 (Korean implant). Nose reshaping is ฿105,000 with two nights in hospital, and a rib-graft rhinoplasty is ฿220,000. Breast augmentation is ฿125,000 with Mentor round implants under 400cc, or ฿217,000 with Motiva Ergonomix, both with one night. Upper or lower eyelid surgery is ฿33,500 for women and ฿37,500 for men.
Worth knowing: Yanhee's prices are from-prices with no stated inclusions or validity date. The final price is set after a doctor's consultation. Yanhee's own accreditation page shows a JCI period that ended on 10 March 2026, so ask for the current certificate. It's on the Thonburi side of the river, away from the Sukhumvit hotels.
Best for: patients comparing price first, who are happy to confirm the details in a consultation.
3. Bumrungrad International Hospital: best for patients with other medical conditions
Large international hospital · Watthana (Sukhumvit Soi 3) · JCI accredited since 2002
Bumrungrad was the first hospital in Asia to gain JCI accreditation, in 2002. Its current certificate runs to 1 December 2026. The main reason to choose Bumrungrad for cosmetic surgery is everything around the operation: if you have a heart condition, diabetes or another health issue, every specialty is in the same building.
Worth knowing: Bumrungrad doesn't publish plastic surgery prices on its website, so you can't compare costs before you ask. Expect the highest prices of the four, and get an itemised quote that includes implants and follow-up.
Best for: patients whose medical history makes hospital backup a priority.
4. Kamol Cosmetic Hospital: best for a cosmetic-only hospital with named surgeons
Dedicated cosmetic surgery hospital · Bangkok
Kamol Cosmetic Hospital does cosmetic surgery and nothing else. It names seven plastic surgeons on its website, led by its chief surgeon, Dr Kamol Pansritum, so you can check each one with the Medical Council of Thailand before you book. Kamol states that it holds JCI accreditation.
Worth knowing: Kamol doesn't publish prices or the dates of its accreditation. Ask for both, in writing, before you commit.
Best for: patients who want to choose their surgeon by name at a cosmetic-only hospital.
Other options worth a look
- Vincent Clinic (Asok) is the most-reviewed cosmetic clinic in our Bangkok index, with 4.9★ from 6,000+ reviews. Reviewers name its surgeons for breast augmentation.
- Masterpiece Hospital describes itself as a cosmetic surgery hospital. It publishes little in English about prices, accreditation or surgeons, so ask for all three.

Hospital or clinic for cosmetic surgery?
A cosmetic surgery hospital (Yanhee, Kamol) does cosmetic work and nothing else. Prices tend to be lower than at a general hospital, and the teams do these operations every day.
A general private hospital (Bangkok Hospital, Bumrungrad) adds every other specialty and an intensive care unit on site. A general hospital is the safer choice if you have a significant medical condition. You'll pay more for it.
For any operation under general anaesthesia, check that the place is licensed as a hospital or a licensed surgical facility, not just a clinic. A beauty clinic that also does injectables is not the same thing.
- Cosmetic operations every day
- Usually lower prices
- Named surgeons to choose from
- Fewer other specialties on site
- Every specialty and intensive care on site
- Published packages (Bangkok Hospital)
- Higher prices
- Fits complex medical histories

FAQ
What is the best hospital in Bangkok for cosmetic surgery?
It depends on your procedure, budget and health. Bangkok Hospital publishes the clearest packages, Yanhee publishes the lowest prices, Bumrungrad suits patients with other medical conditions, and Kamol is a cosmetic-only hospital with named surgeons. Shortlist two and compare written quotes.
How much does a nose job cost in Bangkok?
Published rhinoplasty prices in Bangkok in October 2026 run from ฿30,000 for a basic nose implant at Yanhee to ฿265,000 for reduction rhinoplasty with septum work at Bangkok Hospital. The price depends on the technique, the implant or graft, and the number of nights in hospital.
How much is breast augmentation in Bangkok?
Yanhee publishes ฿125,000–217,000 including the implant, depending on the brand. Bangkok Hospital publishes ฿190,000–202,000, but that excludes the implants themselves. Always ask which implant brand and size the price includes.
Is Yanhee Hospital JCI accredited?
Yanhee's own accreditation page shows a JCI period from 11 March 2023 to 10 March 2026. As of October 2026 it did not show a renewed period, so ask Yanhee for its current certificate before you book.
How long should I stay in Bangkok after cosmetic surgery?
It depends on the operation and on your surgeon's advice. The hospitals publish only the nights you spend in hospital (none to two for most procedures). Ask your surgeon how long you should stay in Bangkok before flying, and plan for follow-up visits and stitch removal.
