"I went in for CO2 laser treatment for a small bump on my right jaw. Since I wasn’t exactly sure what it was, it was difficult to find a clinic that could help, as many places mainly offer treatment packages.<br><br>Dr. KC was patient and thorough in explaining what the bump was, how oil glands work, and even pointed out other skin concerns I have. She also discussed skin care ingredients that could potentially irritate my skin and gave different options for treating my scars. I really appreciated how everything was explained clearly so I didn’t have to guess or leave with unanswered questions.<br><br>Natalie was equally wonderful. She was gentle, soft-spoken and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and done well. I barely noticed I had once a skin tag! I also appreciated that when I mentioned I had seen their promotion in GoWabi, they honored the same price, which I find very reasonable.<br><br>Overall, this clinic is clean, professional, and provides outstanding services.
