The clinic handles insurance claims on-site with cashless payment, which multiple Japanese and international patients specifically highlight as reducing stress during injury recovery abroad. Reviewers note this distinguishes Saha from expensive private hospitals that don't streamline insurance paperwork, making it financially accessible for travelers dealing with unexpected injuries.
Japanese-language consultations available through Dr. Otsuka mean patients can explain injury details precisely without translation gaps, and the Thai staff are trained to assist with translation when needed. This combination of bilingual capability and individualized treatment tailored to each person's body condition (rather than generic Thai massage) appeals to both Japanese expats and visitors.

"Having been to numerous private hospitals and doctors for my knee injury without any improvement I was recommended to this clinic by a friend of mine who is a professional athlete. It is very well located with ample parking. The facility is very clean and the staff and the Japanese specialist , Otsyka is very pleasant. He can speak some Thai and when needed his staff was there to help translate. After one session (which he took time on), my knees were already feeling a big relief from the pain ive had for over a week. The price is very affordable. I am back for my second session today would highly recommend coming here as an alternative to the expensive hospitals where the doctor just prescribes meds and tells you to rest."
