Ketsarin Physiotherapy Clinic
Khun Ketsarin (the owner-therapist) diagnoses root causes rather than just treating symptoms — multiple patients with herniated discs, lower back pain, and tennis elbow report clear improvement within 2-3 sessions after failing at other clinics. One patient recovering from hospitalization for back and nerve issues went from barely mobile to 95% pain-free in about 10 sessions, crediting her ability to identify what triggered the problem in the first place.

She combines hands-on manual therapy with technology like shockwave therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation, then teaches you specific exercises to do at home to prevent recurrence. Patients consistently mention that she adapts the intensity to what your body can handle and explains the reasoning behind each treatment choice, making you feel like an active participant rather than just receiving passive treatment.
The clinic is intentionally small and private — no waiting room chaos, no assembly-line feeling. You get one-on-one attention in a clean, quiet space near BTS Chidlom, and she speaks fluent English, which matters for expats trying to explain their exact pain patterns and concerns.
Worth knowing
Booking is tight because Khun Ketsarin works alone — you need to call 2-3 days ahead to secure an appointment, and she gets fully booked. One reviewer paid for a five-session package and saw only barely noticeable improvement, suggesting her repetitive technique didn't suit their particular issue.
One patient who completed a package of five sessions reported minimal pain improvement and noted that other cheaper clinics in Bangkok with more advanced equipment and varied techniques produced better results for their case. This suggests that while her manual expertise is strong, her approach may not work equally well for all conditions or injury types.

"I have been to this place many times as someone who plays sports regularly, and I highly recommend it. She really knows what she is doing. Every time I come with a different problem, she is able to identify the cause and treat it properly. She focuses carefully on the treatment and nice service. Each visit feels professional and thoughtful, and the results are always good. If you are active in sports or have muscle or injury issues, this clinic is definitely a place you can trust."

"5 Stars are not even enough. I make it short 3 1/2 years ago 2 herinated disc. Pain for over 2 years until it got better. Recently it came back in my lower back...besides of my doctor doing a great job he also told me to go to physiotherapist at the same time. Thats how I find this place and I am amazed! In the past I tried everything possible. And when I went here right after the first session there was improvement...after the second session I got some motion back. And why? Because she is professional and know what she is doing. Rather than just pushing on the area of the disc she actually went to find out what the trigger could be and helped there and even told me what I need to work on to prevent it from happen again... AMAZING I wish I could give 10 Stars."
