"I highly recommend the Body Adjust Chirovedic Clinic and Khun Natsarna’s chiropractic services. I developed a slight pinching pain in my right hip that caused me to stop my jogging routine. I could not resolve this issue with yoga stretching after a few days, so I made an appointment at the Body Adjust Chirovedic Clinic to get a diagnosis. Doctor Natsana has a very warm and welcoming personality, as she listened carefully to my situation and gave me a chiropractic examination. She clarified that my hip flexor muscles were weaker than my leg muscles, which was causing stiffness in my lower back, forward rotation of my hip, and tight psoas muscles. During our 2-hour session, she offered a wide variety of exercises to strengthen my core muscles with body weight and resistance bands, as well as using a cool pad after exercise to reduce inflammation.
